Start by reading the Introduction and First Chapter of Uncaged Leader. As you read, look for the ideas, truths, and breakthroughs that resonate most deeply with you and highlight 1–3 takeaways that impacted you personally.
2. Attend the Exclusive Training (June & July)
Join us for the private Uncaged Leader live trainings happening throughout the launch experience. You can attend live or watch the replay as we dive deeper into leadership, identity, courage, and voice activation.
3. Share the Message (3-5 times)
Help us spread the message by sharing content throughout the launch. This can include posting on social media, sharing Instagram stories, sending personal messages, or inviting others who need this message in their life right now.
4. Write a Short Endorsement
After reading the Introduction and attending the trainings, we’ll invite you to share a short endorsement or reflection about the message and impact of Uncaged Leader that may be featured publicly during the launch.
5. Directly Invite 3-10 People to Pre-Order
Think of a few people in your life who would deeply benefit from this message — friends, leaders, teams, churches, businesses, or communities — and personally invite them to pre-order the book during launch week.
6. Invite Your Social Audience/Community
Use your voice and platform to help amplify the movement. We’ll provide simple graphics, captions, and resources you can use to share the mission and encourage others to join the launch and pre-order the book.
7. Leave a Review (During Launch Week)

For years, I have worked with leaders, organizations, and audiences across the country... helping people uncover the internal barriers that keep them from leading with courage, clarity, and conviction.
But this message became deeper than leadership strategy alone.
It became a call for leaders to break free from the invisible cages that keep them small: fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of speaking up, fear of being fully seen, and fear of stepping into who they were created to become.
The Uncaged Leader is more than a book.
It’s an invitation into a different way of leading... one rooted in identity, awareness, courage, and freedom.
And this launch team exists to help bring that message to leaders who need it most.
